The ramen was delicious, So were the Bao's. I live 2 towns away, I was 1 hr late to pick up order, due to traffic, they were great about it, reheated my soup, cleaned a table and chairs out side for us, so we could eat our meal there. I would suggest to get all the extras on the side, and add as needed. Highly recommend this place, also the chili oil (which I ordered on the side) was awesome

Favorite ramen spot in Fresno! Bowls are delicious and plentiful, and price is reasonable. I always go for the Tonkotsu with a soft boiled egg and spicy add-on. Also, the seasoned side of bean sprouts are super yummy! Service is speedy and pleasant every time.

Came here on a rainy day, which is the perfect weather to enjoy ramen. We enjoyed both the chicken and pork ramen bowl, both were excellent. Huge bowl, chicken cuts were grilled and plentiful. My tiny gripe is for the pork (tonkotsu) I only received 2 1/2 slices of pork. The ratio of the pork to the noodles wasn't merely enough. What really impressed us was the bao aka steamed bun, what a twist! It was more like a tri tip Steam bun taco! So delectable! We would come back just to eat these, you should definitely try! Great service the entire time and a cozy spot.

The staff is very helpful and welcoming. If you need help or have confusion about menu items, they will take the time to explain any differences/ what you might want to eat. The staff checked up on us many time throughout the meal and offered to take our plates away when we finished. The ramen was delicious. It was plainly obvious that they took plenty of time to make the broth taste the absolute best. I will definitely take the time to come here, whenever I can!

We love the people here putting their hearts and souls into the food. I love the rich broth and delicious pork in the ramen. We also love their salads with the karage chicken and dressing. Everything is good, and it’s fun to get an occasional can of cold sake here. Come and try it for yourself. Please consider using your spoon to simultaneously drink the brother with the noodles.

This is chicken karage bowl from Brothers Ramen and Japanese Eatery in Fresno! It came with some bean sprouts, and I really like them a lot and I highly recommend getting it! I think the chicken was really good too, and I think it was very high-quality! It also came with rice as well! I think if you wanted some of this chicken karage in the Fresno area, this place is the restaurant to go to! Btw, Jane is a great waitress!

All I have to say is they know how to cook noodles (al dente). The tonkatsu ramen has the creamy fatty flavor you are looking for and the shoyu has the subtle salty light broth you are searching for in the Central Valley. However, my favorite is the broth less ramen bowl and chicken karaage on the side. The brothless ramen may be hard to break up initially but it's worth the work with the flavor bomb that the chef crafted. Chicken karaage with a sprinkle of lemon is the best side-kick to your noodles that you'd be wondering what you've been missing your whole life. Hands down best ramen in Fresno/Clovis area.
